A deposit is not usually required for standard bookings. However, for larger group transfers involving a minibus, or for extended multi-day tours outside of Cape Town, a deposit of 30% of the estimated cost may be requested to confirm and secure the booking.

Yes, booking online is the easiest and most convenient way to communicate with us. You are welcome to make your booking via email or WhatsApp, allowing us to respond promptly and provide all the information you may require. Should you prefer a more personal approach, we would also be delighted to assist you telephonically and discuss your requirements in greater detail.

For airport transfers and shorter tours, payment in cash at the conclusion of the service is perfectly acceptable.

We can by prior notification before your arrival accept credit card payments. There is a commission payable by the vendor (ourselves) to the finance company for accepting credit card payments. This will entail a small adjustment (between 3 and 4%) of the published cost of the service.

For extended tours or multi-day services, we may request a deposit in advance to secure the booking. Deposits can be conveniently paid via electronic bank transfer.

Where appropriate, payment for our services may also be arranged through your hotel, guest house, or accommodation provider.
